Distribution of blankets during the winter season to the pavement-dwellers, targetting the very old, children, destitute women and the disabled, was started at Delhi in the very first year of Ammucare Charitable Trust’s formation in 2003. It is being continued every year without break, extending to more beneficiaries and more places. The first distribution of 2009 will begin on November 09th, the Ammucare Day.
