Due to the current lockdown in Maharashtra, Shirdi Sai Baba temple is closed. There a lot of people who run shops in and around Shirdi whose livelihood depends on it are all struggling without any income. They do not have enough to even have 2 meals a day.
Ammucare volunteers have been distributing freshly cooked food to 150 people at the Sakori village. Meal consisting of a bowl of fruits, rice, dal and laddu is a nutrition packed one. Also, watermelon is distributed which helps to beat the summer heat.
Heartfelt gratitude to the volunteers who have been consistently doing this seva despite the pandemic.
